Cheddar & Apple Muffins

3 cups flour
2/3 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups grated apples.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, & cinnamon with the eggs, apple juice, and melted butter. Stir in apples & cheese. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 F for 20-30 minutes.
